I suppose since it's fitting that I post an update today, right before Valentine's Day. Nothing's happening really. Just sitting at home, writing an essay and praying that tomorrow ends quickly. Being single has its ups and downs, so it seems. Usually I'm rather content but with this corporate holiday bullshit on the horizon, one can't help but feel a bit lonely. Ah well, I'll get over it soon enough. I hope.

Christmas was alright. I enjoy the time I spent with my mother and the rest of the family. Now I'm back home and preparing for the New Years Eve party. Meh. I'm out of it right now. Distant and incomplete. Not unhappy. Just not all here. Why? I don't know. Hopefully things will brighten up tomorrow night.
